Cut with diamonded wire

The programming can be performed through third-party CAD-CAM. This can be installed on board or on a external station; in this case the programs must be imported in 6983 ISO format.
The direct programming on CNC is even possible through the graphical interactive editor.
The several standard communication interfaces, which are available on control, and the assisted procedures let the user easily transfer and manage the working programs.

The optimal working of this cutting technology is guaranteed by wire controlling function, which includes:

  • the tensioning adaptive control;
  • the managing of halts in order to eliminate the bending during the trajectory changes;
  • wire diameter compensation;
  • trajectory management with smoothing functionality.

The user interface eases the programming of multiple cuts on working planes through the following features:

  • assisted parameters set-up;
  • managing of equipment for the fixing of cut slabs;
  • restart of machining in case of interruption.
